SERVICES

Electricity is 220V - 50Hz.
Phone: You will be able to do free short local calls (it's very expensive), or longer & intl calls if you buy phone cards.
You can receive calls from 8AM to 11PM (Remember the time difference for overseas parties)
Internet: There is WiFi in the house. In San Telmo house there is a dial-up service, for normal use. Again, extremely high use will be charged. Also there are several cyber-centers around the houses, with fast connections.

PAYMENT / CONDITIONS

Booking reservation is made with a deposit in the PayPal link I will send when you decide to take a room. If you don't arrive on agreed date, you lose the booking deposit.
When you check in, you must sign a register datasheet, pay at least 1 week in advance, and a u$s 20 deposit to cover extra costs, as some breakage or changing locks if you lose the keys.
If you will stay longer, when you pay by month in advance, you pay less (see table).
Rent include normal using of gas, water, electricity, phone. In case of extremely high use, an additional charge will be made against your deposit.
There will be no discount for days you don´t use the room while you do short trips.

SAFETY
BA is a safe city. Anyway, you must follow elemental safely rules the landlord will instruct, for instance:

To look always to keep the street door locked (again don't laugh... only 2 stills in 15 years, both because guests left it unlocked).
You are welcome to invite over friends/colleagues for social purposes. But it's not allowed to invite people to stay or let unknown people into the house.
If you plan a long trip, you can leave some baggage (at no charge). The landlord will take care of it, but without responsibility.
Room is only for you. If extrange persons are found sleeping in the room, you lose the deposit and must leave the house immediately.

BEHAVIOR

As the proberb says: Cleanliness is next to godliness... we ask guests to please keep clean/tidy the common areas: kitchen, bathroom, etc.
Electricity is very expensive in BA. So guests are asked to put lights, fans and/or electrical heaters off when not in use. Abuses will be charged against the deposit.
In case of non-compliance, ill-mannered behavior, or if there are any justified complaints from others, a guest will be asked to move out.
